"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom."
Aristotle
The first and most important step toward success is self-mastery. You cannot conquer your career, your industry, or your relationships until you have gained control of the most important variable within them—you.
When is the last time you've done some serious self introspection? My personal recommendation is that an individual should do a deep dive into their personal identity twice a year. Once halfway through the year as summer approaches, and again during the holiday season before the New Year starts.
Below are 33 Journal Prompts that are designed to help you find yourself. I encourage each of you to take these prompts seriously and greatly reflect on them.
For best practice, answer one or two prompts a day for the next 30 days. Use these prompts as an opportunity to reflect on yourself and discover who you were in the beginning, and how you came to be what you are today.
