We believe that a journal is one of the most sacred possessions someone can have because it contains the real us. No filter, no faking, just real raw authenticity. 

GIC Journals founder, Michael Hudson Jr., has always been an avid reader and writer. He began keeping a journal of his own during his freshman year of college in 2015.

Appreciating the value and self awareness his own journals gave him, Michael had the idea to start his own imprint after graduation. He put his plans on paper and got to work. 

After encountering many obstacles, setbacks, and pivots, Michael was finally able to achieve his dream and create his very own customizable journal imprint to share with the world.
